Weather, Events and a Deadline in coming days

Monday: Little to no chance of precipitation all day, with light SW winds throughout the day and a high of around 50 degrees in late afternoon.
Monday Night: Temperatures will dip into high 20s by dawn, with wind chill factor reducing them into low 20s from SW winds as high as 10 mph; almost zero chance of precipitation.

Tuesday: High temperatures into the mid-50s under partly cloudy skies, with chances of precipitation remaining negligible and winds continuing to blow from the southwest, but with greater force in the afternoon, when gusts could go above 20 mph.
Tuesday Night: Almost no chance of precipitation, with SSW winds of around 10 mph and low temperatures of around freezing reduced by wind chill factor into mid-20s

Chamber meeting Tues.
The Beaverhead Chamber of Commerce & Agricultural Board of Directors will meet at noon on Tuesday, Oct. 10, in Dillon City Council Chambers, 125 N. Idaho St. in downtown Dillon. The agenda will include discussion on the Halloween Party, nominations for 2018 board members, the Parade of Lights and other upcoming projects. This meeting is open to the public and everyone is encouraged to attend.

Friends of Library meets Tues.

School’s Out camps deadline today
Monday, Oct. 9, is the registration deadline for the upcoming School’s Out Days at the Southwestern Montana YMCA’s. The Y will host a Half-Day Camp on Oct. 18, an All-Day Camp on Oct. 19 and another All-Day Camp on Oct. 20.
